From automated, high-volume cable assembly to small orders and prototypes, we offer all types of cable assembly. According to customer specifications, we manufacture cables and leads by soldering or crimping techniques. We also specialize in the assembly of complex wire harnesses.
Device-mounting and filling are performed using standard techniques, including inserting, soldering, and testing. We also use less-common methods such as coating, varnishing, potting, washing, and press-fitting to achieve the best result. Before packaging the product, we also perform high-voltage and function-test routines to ensure quality.
